Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products (except light bulbs). This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage. Additionally we have extended the electrical warranty on our light fittings to 2 years. In the unlikely event that your product or light fitting develops a fault within our guarantee periods we will repair or arranged for a replacement to be dispatched on receipt of the faulty product and your original invoice. We therefore recommend that you keep your Bespoke Lights invoice and credit card receipt for at least 24 months in case you need to contact us. If your light develops a fault within the guarantee periods please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item to us. We test each product and will repair or replace at our discretion provided the product has not be modified, abused or is simply suffering from wear and tear. Bulbs are not generally covered by any warranty although some of the more recently introduced LED light bulbs do carry a manufacturer's guarantee and this will clearly be shown on the packaging. If you are not sure if your fitting is covered by warranty and have your order number or receipt we will be able to help you. We do not repair or replace products that have not been purchased from Bespoke Lights.
