What should I do if my light arrives damaged?

We ask that you carefully check all your items as soon as you receive them even if you do not intend to fit them immediately. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please give us a call or send us an email with full details of the damage and we will advise further. A photograph is always useful as it may be possible for us just to replace a part, such as a broken glass shade, rather than the whole fitting. This will reduce the inconvenience and waiting time.
