Since we launched our website back in 2012 we’ve accumulated a large range of lights steeped in heritage merging the beautiful aged look of yesterday with the technology of today. Here are a few examples which cater for various periods.
This is a nautical style ship’s deck lamp from our Heritage Lighting Collection. Hand crafted in the UK from solid copper with antique brass detailing. Just perfect for lighting over kitchen islands, breakfast bars and tables. Available in other finishes too.
The chrome finish and opal glass tube shades of this sleek bathroom light make it very Art Deco in appearance and it a great choice for both modern or traditional bathrooms. IP44 rated for bathroom use and supplied complete with a pull cord switch. The fitting is double insulated and can be used in older properties that do not have an earth cable.
Another offering from our Heritage Lighting Collection. The Vestry wall sconce is a replica fitting based on a Spanish candle lamp that was originally in a Medieval Catalonian church. It is UK made and handcrafted in solid brass with an old antique finish that is greyish bronze in appearance. It has a rustic monastic quality and looks as if it has been tarnished for years.
This traditional Bankers Lamp desk light is a real favourite with us here at Bespoke Lights! The sheer quality and detail is second to none and sets this lamp apart from inferior reproductions. Another quality UK made light in solid brass with a natural tarnish that has been hand waxed and buffed to replicate a restored antique. Completed with the classic bankers lamp green shade.
A timeless and versatile look. A flush fitting uplighter wall light with an opal white glass shade and stepped chrome detailing in the classic Art Deco style. Art Deco lights are ideal for lighting 1920’s and 1930’s homes and with their clean un-fussy look are also a popular choice for more modern rooms and open plan living areas.
We hope you enjoy shopping on our new website.
