If I buy something and don't like it, or it is wrong size, what can I do?

We want our customers to be totally happy with their purchases from Bespoke Lights. If your light fitting is not suitable we offer a 14 day returns policy. Simply contact us within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your light and we will issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER which we would ask you to display on the inside and outside of the parcel when you return it to us. Returns are not accepted without a returns number. Returned items must be UNUSED, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and received by us within 14 days of issuing you with your RETURNS NUMBER. You will not be charged a handling or re-stocking fee and you only have to pay for any return delivery costs. Once the returned item is received, it will be checked and your refund will be processed. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund should any returned items be damaged when received by us. We would, therefore, always recommend you return items to us via a tracked courier. Please note that our standard returns policy does not apply to bespoke custom made light fittings - see FAQ: "Can I return bespoke or customised light fittings?"
